Tecan will be demonstrating its full range of products for genomics, proteomics, drug discovery and clinical diagnostic applications at Medica 2005
The new Infinite 200 series of flexible, upgradeable microplate readers will be on display with a choice of monochromator or filter system and combining reagent dispensing with several detection modes.
The unique modular design means the Infinite 200 is able read fluorescence assays from the top and bottom as well as luminescence or absorbance assays in six to 384-well microplates, PCR plates and cuvettes.
Also on the stand will be a range of Tecan Freedom Evo liquid handling workstations including the Freedom Evo Clinical open platform for clinical diagnostics and the Freedom Evolyzer, the IVD-D compliant, fully automated Elisa processor.
The high performance injector reader Genios Pro, the versatile Sunrise absorbance microplate reader, the ProfliBlot fully automated Western blot analyzer and the Columbus Pro high performance strip-washer will also be available.
