Forum Labo preview: Thermo LabSystems

Solution for long term analytical data archival exhibited alongside leading LIMS products, which include specific functionality for genomics and proteomics applications

At Forum Labo in Paris, 26-29 March, Thermo LabSystems will highlight demonstrations of eRecordManager, its recently launched solution that has the unique ability to retrieve, display and manipulate any specific spectra or chromatographic data file at any point in the future, without the requirement for the original software, operating system and hardware It offers a data repository for over 150 spectroscopy and chromatography file formats, with secure, automated conversion into an XML-based format for long-term storage and retrieval

eRecordManager can play a major role in facilitating genuine knowledge management for all science-based industries.

Thermo LabSystems will also be presenting the latest release of SampleManager, its enterprise LIMS, which features a new Active Desktop enabling users to graphically view laboratory workflows in real-time and drill down for more detail as well as offering instant access to intranet sites and SOPs.

At Forum Labo Biotech, a new part of the exhibition this year, Thermo LabSystems will focus demonstrations on the new biotechnology functionality of Nautilus LIMS, including powerful micro-array and microtiter plate handling capabilities.

Nautilus features powerful data management capabilities for techniques including cDNA library management, protein chips, mass spectroscopy, and genotyping.

Nautilus handles the filling of microtiter plates (96 and 384 wells) to micro-arrays.

All Thermo LabSystems's products offer a complete suite of tools to enable customers to address compliance with US FDA Ruling 21 CFR Part 11 and other similar regulatory protocols, in accordance with their specific laboratory working practice.
