Rather than conventional PC-based instrument integration applications, a scalable architecture based on Microsoft.net technology is utilised, with no requirement for extensive custom coding.
The advanced multi-dimensional study management solution now available with SampleManager 2004 R2 is designed to support a range of study-based environments, including stability, clinical, DMPK and bio-analytical applications.
A study, in this case, is an investigation of the effect of a number of variable factors upon a set of samples.
For example, a stability study for a drug may investigate the effects of temperature, humidity and packaging on an active ingredient in a formulation over its expected shelf life.

SampleManager can be implemented to support local or global lab deployments, is scalable for a large user base and is available in multiple languages.
