Free Lims technical presentations at
ArabLab 2007

Thermo Fisher Scientific has scheduled three free technical presentations for Lims users at the forthcoming ArabLab 2007, Dubai International Exhibition Center (DICC), Dubai, UAE

The presentations will take place from Sunday 11 to Wednesday 14 February at the Abu Dhabi Room A, DICC The first seminar, titled 'Introduction and business benefits to Lims', will be held at 4:20pm on Sunday 11 February and offers a thorough view of the main productivity, cost, personnel and time-management advances achieved in laboratories using Lims

A second seminar, titled 'Lims supporting ISO 17025', will be presented at 5:40pm on Monday 12 February and will demonstrate how Lims can help laboratories achieve and maintain ISO 17025 accreditation for ultimate precision, accuracy and repeatability of results.

Finally, the 'Lims in the petrochemical and refinery industry' seminar has been scheduled for Wednesday 14 February at 10:20am.

This seminar will discuss the main challenges facing petrochemical and refinery organisations, such as automation of laboratory data capture and analysis and compliance with strict environmental regulations.

The seminar will then demonstrate how deployment of a Lims can help the petrochemical and refinery industry address those challenges.
