Partner programme extends reach of lab informatics
Designed to support the expansion of Thermo Scientific Informatics activity via its partners around the globe, the programme will better meet customer needs in multiple industries
Thermo Fisher Scientific announces the launch of its enhanced partner programme.
The programme will be launched at 2007's Thermo Informatics World (TIW) North American and European user meetings that will take place in Miami, Florida from 15-19 October and in Lisbon, Portugal from 12-16 November.
Building on its already successful partner programme, this expansion will enable many new opportunities for partners to provide sales and services for Thermo Scientific's informatics solutions.
Partners with specific expertise and coverage in key vertical and geographic markets can expand the breadth of their offerings by including informatics in their solution set.
Vendors of complementary hardware and software solutions can embed Thermo Scientific Informatics products to extend the value of their solutions.
And, as the valuable business information that resides in Lims becomes increasingly integral to the overall enterprise, integrators will see increasing requirements to deliver integration and interoperability with enterprise level applications such as ERP and other business software.
"We've had great success with partners and recognise the value of the expertise that they bring to our customers to provide complete solutions", said Dave Champagne, vice president and general manager of Thermo Fisher Scientific Informatics.
"There are significant opportunities to realise improved efficiencies and compliance in many laboratories in both traditional and emerging markets - and we are excited about working with our existing and new partners to increase the widespread adoption of our solutions".
Organisations interested in joining the Thermo Scientific Informatics partner programme can learn more about it at TIW.
Day One of the users' meetings will have a dedicated partner track to discuss the details.
