Thermo Electron has introduced two liquid autosamplers for elemental analysis, the AI 3000 and AS 3000 Designed to complement the FlashEA 1112 elemental analyser, these products are designed to help scientists generate precise and reproducible data from liquid analyses in the environmental, petrochemical, and food and beverage industries

In organic elemental analysis (OEA) applications, the determination of elements in liquid samples has become increasingly important.

The company's liquid autosamplers are robust units used in a wide range of analyses, including the characterisation of water solutions, gasoline, physiological fluids and the quality control of beverages.

They feature automatic alignment, so needle syringe damages are reduced or annulled.

An automatic check is performed by the system before starting the operational cycles.

The AI 3000 sample tray has eight sample positions, while the AS 3000 has a sample capacity of 105, thus satisfying different laboratory requirements.

Both autosamplers are driven by the OEA Eager 300 dedicated software, which controls them and provides a help routine for operators.
