The dual beam cuvette reader offers both sample and reference beams, for enhanced, long-term stability.
For maximum flexibility, the Multiskan Spectrum accepts all microplate formats from six to 384-wells, as well as cuvettes from standard to ultra micro 50µl capacities in glass, plastic or fused silica.
Users can take multiple photometric readings per well on large format plates, or single measurement requiring just 50µl in 384-well plates.
The built in monochromator allows for selection of any wavelength from 200nm to 1000nm, in one nm steps, without ever changing a filter.
For enzyme assays both the microplate chamber and the cuvette holders are temperature controlled up to 45C.
Multiskan Spectrum is designed to provide scientists with accurate results as quickly and easily as possible.
Its protocols for data collection are easily modified at the click of a computer mouse.
The Multiskan Spectrum software supports comprehensive analysis of endpoint quantitative assays and enzyme kinetics studies.
In addition, the data generated can easily be saved in text format an imported into Microsoft Excel for customised data handling.
