A continuous feed of information and resources to your customers, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, is promised by this sample checking and tracking package

LV West, from Trilogy Environmental, provides web-based sample scheduling and sample tracking Using just a web-browser, your customers are given the ability to define sample or collection points, schedule samples or collections over a period of time and at selected intervals, and enables them to view on-screen the current status of all their scheduled samples or collections

Where analysis is required on the collected samples, the results of all the tests and determinands associated with the sample collection can be viewed on-screen, downloaded in a common format compatible with MS Office, or viewed as a user definable report.

Full security control ensures that only approved and credit checked customers have the ability to access their own information, define pre-schedules and get feedback 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

LV West provides a continuous feed of information and resources to your customers with the minimum of staff involvement, allowing your customers to select the details of their collections and freeing your resources from general maintenance.

For your customer, LV West provides the ability to view on-screen the cost of sample collections and laboratory analysis and with a self-maintaining database of customers, sample points, schedules and results, LV West integrates seamlessly with other modules within the LV Environmental portfolio.
