Simple liquid flowmeter for OEMs

A Titan Enterprises product story

Pelton wheel mini-turbine units provide a fail safe fully adjustable solid state flow switch output, or a pulsed output proportional to flow

Titan, a specialist in cost effective measurement of low liquid flows, offers rugged sensors in corrosion resistant engineering plastics or stainless.

Using 8 or 10 mm hose barb connections, or 1Z4 and 1Z2 BSPF threads, Titan 800-1000 series Pelton wheel mini-turbine units provide a fail safe fully adjustable solid state flow switch output, or a pulsed output proportional to flow.

Rugged in construction, with chemically resistant materials and robust sapphire bearings, the units are reliable in operation and simple to apply.

Typically used for monitoring cooling and heating fluids, lubrication systems, batching, blending and dispensing systems, flow monitoring and balancing control systems, or for providing flow failure alarms, Models 800, 900 and 1000 have a 10:1 flow range minimum.

For higher flow rates and line sizes similar meters with alternative body styles can be provided.

Specific meter end connections, construction materials, electrical connections or flying leads can be provided to suit OEM applications.

Traceable calibration is provided on 900 and 1000 series units: flow alarm switch settings can also be pre-set.

Powered by low voltage DCsignals, the units are safe and economical to operate.

Electronic flow indicator and totaliser units are available for direct flow indication.

Titan Enterprises is a UK based manufacturer of advanced flow measurement systems for all types of liquid measurement application.
