Detect endothelial cell inducers and
inhibitors
Trevigen's CAS HT tube formation kit provides a cost-effective method for investigation of prospective angiogenesis inhibitors and inducers in a 96 well format
Trevigen's Cultrex angiogenesis system (CAS) HT tube formation kit allows for the detection of inducers and inhibitors of endothelial cell tube formation The kit contains Cultrex reduced growth factor (RGF) basement membrane extract (BME), a soluble form of basement membrane purified from Engelbreth-Holm-Swarm (EHS) tumour, which gels at room temperature to form a reconstituted protein matrix
Sulphoraphane, a naturally occurring cancer chemopreventive agent, is provided as a control for inhibition of in vitro endothelial cell tube formation on Cultrex RGF BME.
Calcein AM is provided as a fluorescent stain to view live tube formation.
Alternately cells can be fixed and visualised using Trevigen's cell staining solution.
