Ultrawave has recently restructured its service department to ensure that customers continue to receive excellent after sales service
With ever more Ultrawave ultrasonic cleaning systems being sold, an increase in the focus on after sales service and maintenance is becoming increasingly important Ultrawave design, manufacture and test all their ultrasonic cleaners for medical and industrial applications in house, allowing an extensive after sales and customer support service

The service department carries out exacting maintenance on units both in and out of the warranty period and are always able to advise the customer on exactly what work needs to be done.
To complement this, Ultrawave now offers a programme of service contracts to ensure that the customer's ultrasonics are always working at optimum efficiency.
Healthcare service contracts and Industrial service contracts can be tailored to specific needs and include both maintenance programs and regular validation testing.
Servicing and validation can be carried out on site or units can be returned to Ultrawave.
As an ISO9001 company, Ultrawave will carry out all servicing and repairs to the most exacting standards.
