Compact benchtop temperature and
humidity chambers
Unitemp announces the availability of a new range of affordable, compact bench top temperature and humidity chambers
These versatile products are self-contained and are designed primarily for the testing and monitoring of food samples, pharmaceuticals, electronics, automotive assemblies / components and selected products Designated the SU/SH range from Espec, the ten models in this combined range provide fast temperature cycling whilst the five models in the SH range have in addition a humidity testing capability

The temperature range is -60 to +150C, with temperature cycling change of approximately three degrees a minute.
These high quality products are constructed inside and out with top grade stainless steel and have inside dimensions of two sizes 300x300x250mm and 400x400x400mm.
Where limited space is involved the chambers can be stacked three-deep on a special stand with castors.
Incorporated is a cartridge tank for water which enables continuos operation for up to three days.
The controlling takes place on an easy to see and operate panel situated on the top front end of the chamber.
The control operation is easily done with nine keys with settings showing in LCDs, such as temperature and humidity, timing and upper / lower temperature and humidity alarms etc; A communication port RS-485 is included as standard which not only serves as a system for centralised control of the chambers, but establishes an open network which includes specimen measurement and remote chamber maintenance functions.
Optional extras include GP-1B and RS-232C computer interfaces, strip chart recorder, paperless recorder with LCD display, viewing window, extra shelves, cable ports and alternate voltages.
This range complements Uitemp's existing range of test chambers and they have the expertise to provide specials to customers requirements.
These products have applications in the electronic, engineering, processing, laboratory and manufacturing industries.
