Unitemp announces the availability of a new affordable two zone thermal shock chamber that subjects specimens / products to uniform thermal stress, with a 100 litre capacity

This versatile product is self-contained and is designated primarily for the thermal testing and monitoring of pharmaceuticals, electronics, automotive assemblies / components and selected products Designated the TSD-100 it has outstanding thermal distribution characteristics for a wide range of uses from research and development to inspection and production

It is capable of taking larger products or batches of up to 10kg.

The test area hot exposure temperature range is +60 to 200C, with cold exposure range temperature range of -65 to 0C.

The TSD-100 is constructed inside and out with stainless steel and has inside dimensions of 710x410x345mm.

Incorporated is a door mounted controller with a touchscreen LCD for ease of operation and setting.

It allows the the user to control as indicated by screen instructions and allows instant confirmation of test patterns, with test area temperatures etc Included is a specimen temperature trigger (STT) function, which actively monitors the temperature of the product and only advances the program to the next step once the product reaches the desired temperature.

Optional extras include paperless recorder with colour display and compactflash storage, strip chart recorder, computer interface (IEEE-488 or RS-232).

Also a viewing window, additional STT thermocouple inputs and additional flexible cable tube.

This unit complements Unitemp's extensive range of test chambers and they have the expertise to provide "specials" to customer requirements.

These versatile products have applications in the electronics, engineering, laboratory, process and manufacturing industries.
