Ultrasonic Scientific is expanding its European operations with the announcement of a new Benelux distributor, Benelux Scientific Benelux Scientific, based in Gent in the North of Belgium and with two further offices in The Netherlands, has been appointed to make Ultrasonic's new HR-US instruments available to scientific and laboratory equipment purchasers in The Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg

Benelux Scientific is well placed to immediately open doors into laboratories across the Benelux region for us." Founded in 2001, Benelux Scientific is fronted by chemical engineers with experience in scientific instrumentation.
The distributor not only has in-depth knowledge of the local markets, but has a sound reputation with customers in the industry, which include Shell, Exxon, GE, Monsanto and Akzo Nobel.
Starting in autumn 2002, Benelux Scientific will distribute firstly the HR-US family of ultrasonic spectrometers and later, new products from Ultrasonic Scientific.
The company will represent Ultrasonic at Het Instrument, and will also host a first European roadshow about high resolution ultrasonic spectroscopy before the end of 2002.
