The move from Dublin 8 to Dublin 14 will mean that Ultrasonic is now able to welcome international visitors to a more suitable site.
Ultrasonic's new offices are located in Clonskeagh on the south side of the city.
Comprising a sales office, extended R and D workshop and laboratory, Ultrasonic Scientific's new HQ is intended to provide the perfect base to welcome the company's international pharmaceutical and laboratory clients to visit.
Ultrasonic Scientific will now be located on one of Dublin's most successful out of town office campuses, on the Richview Office Park, which is a mere 3km from the city centre.
Ultrasonic has initially taken the premises on a four year lease.
Comments Breda O'Driscoll, managing director of Ultrasonic Scientific "We have already trebled our workforce in one year, and the success of our new scientific instruments with our target customers (R and D labs, pharmaceutical, food and beverages etc) means that our investment into high calibre people is paying off.
We now employ four PhDs in ultrasonics technology - the largest investment in specialist-staff of this field anywhere in the world.
With so many staff in our R and D and support teams, we were bursting out of our original premises, and we have decided to move to ensure better working conditions for our team, and a more favourable environment for our customers!".
