Use well tested primer sets and standard molecular biology procedures, the kits can be used to assay 22V beta usages in less than one day without capillary electrophoresis

Wisbiomed has started distributing four new assay kits for TCR clonality analysis, TCRExpress kits Conventional TCR clonality assays are performed with specifically amplified, fluorescent labelled CDR3 regions of T cell receptors on capillary electrophoresis platform

It requires not only expensive instrument, extensive training and significant cost and need several millions of T cells.

The new assay kits, trade named TCRExpress kit, are PCR based systems.

Only less than one million of cells, either in pool or sub-populations,is required.

The process involves amplification with preloaded, well tested primers in strips.

The amplified materials are then analysed with regular electrophoresis with ultra quality agarose and special size ladders provided in the kits.

Scientist with molecular biology training may be comfortable to perform the assay by following the instructions in the user guide.

No special instrument, no fluorescents are needed.

TCRExpress kit is a perfect example where routine procedure can generate excellent data as long as well designed kit is employed, says the company.

To ensure the excellent performance, TCRExpress kit comes with all the needed reagents, even include macros to quantify the results.

Wisbiomed is a division of WIS offering quality lab equipment, excellent molecular biology reagents and contracted microarray, protein array services.
