BLD/LSTCL was audited by Perry Johnson Registrars (PJLA).
PJLA was founded by Perry Johnson, one of the world's top experts and authors on ISO 9000 and a leading educator on the theories and practices of total quality management.
Early on, Johnson's United Kingdom affiliates were instrumental in formulating and implementing the ISO 9000 standards.
Based on its heritage, its vast experience in the field of laboratory quality, and the expertise of its auditing staff, PJLA is becoming one of the largest and most respected accreditation bodies in North America.

BLD/LSTCL's laboratory has been thoroughly evaluated and accredited by PJLA as meeting the technical competence requirements of the internationally recognised standard ISO/IEC 17025, which includes the management requirements of the ISO 9000 standards.
