Siemens Medical Solutions Diagnostics has selected ACB Focus 2007 as the first major UK showcase for its new combined portfolio following the acquisitions of Bayer Diagnostics and Diagnostic Products
Visitors to ACB Focus 2007 will see clearly how Siemens's combined strengths in the fields of diagnostics, information technology and medical imaging underpin its unique ability to provide more effective ways of assisting in the diagnosis, monitoring and management of disease, bridging the path to personalised healthcare.
Exhibits drawn from the company's unrivalled portfolio of high performance systems and menu offerings will include an automated Immuno-chemistry solution comprising the Immulite 2500 immunoassay system and Advia 1800 chemistry analyser, linked with a sample management system.
Also on show will be the Advia Centaur XP which delivers a new level of productivity in immunoassay processing, plus a range of exciting new products.
Included among these will be innovative operational software which minimises the need for system users to move constantly between the various analysers in a laboratory by creating a virtual 'mission control'.
