This is a great complement to Special Optics's current high NA UV line which includes 0.75NA and 0.50NA objectives.
Designed for customers who required a higher level of performance over standard microscope objectives, the high NA UV micro objective provides 0.28 micron spot imaging at a wavelength of 248nm and 0.41 micron spot imaging at a wavelength of 365nm.
The effective focal length is 5.5mm and the field of view is a 100 microns.
It is diffraction limited with less than 0.07 waves RMS wave front distortion over the entire field of view.
