Two experienced recruitment professionals are the driving forces behind a new specialised search and recruitment company launched this month
Operating from headquarters in Nottingham UK, Oxygen Life Science Solutions will serve the highly specific recruitment needs of the life science and pharmaceutical industry, targeting the highest calibre candidates in drug discovery, clinical development, regulatory, medical and commercial services.
The company operates globally, both as a head hunter for specific candidates and a provider of targeted recruitment across biotech and pharma at a variety of levels.
It has already established a substantial portfolio of clients and candidates.
Leading the Oxygen Life Science Solutions team is Alex Gilmore, whose background is firmly in recruitment and who for the last five years has worked inside the pharma industry.
Fellow director Leigh Osborne is a recruitment specialist already associated with running successful executive search companies.
Alex's own experiences within the industry have convinced her that there is a real need for a company that not only truly understands the requirements of the life science industry, but can deliver candidates of the highest calibre.
