Phoenix Software has announced that its Living Database manufacturing execution system (MES), which is dedicated to the micro and nano technology industry, has been implemented by Qinetiq.
The system provides process flow design, wafer tracking, data analysis and statistical process control and incorporates all the necessary procedures as requested by the Qinetiq's customers.
The Living Database provides Qinetiq with the tools to continue development and grow its business.
After the initial training regime, a successful pilot project was incorporated with the help of ongoing support from Phoenix Software experts.
