Laboratory Accreditation Bureau (L-A-B) has announced the expansion of its laboratory accreditation activities to encompass the Energy Star programme.
L-A-B is now accepting new applicants as well as applicants for scope expansions to meet the Energy Star Enhanced Testing and Verification initiative for all product categories.
Laboratories seeking to meet the Energy Star requirements are urged to begin the process immediately by requesting a cost estimate from L-A-B.
L-A-B test reports and calibration certificates will be accepted as equivalent by all ILAC MRA signatories.
