Alfa Aesar has opened a 2,800m2 distribution centre in Hyderabad, India.
The operation will serve the entire Indian market by offering rapid local delivery of Alfa Aesar's line of more than 33,000 research chemicals, metals and materials.
With the opening of the new distribution centre, Alfa Aesar offers its Indian customers advantages such as billing in local INR currency, duty free-clearance (if applicable) and direct delivery.
Alfa Aesar India has also instituted new competitive India-specific pricing, inclusive of all freight and insurance costs, and no minimum order value.
With increased volume and local stocking of products requiring ocean freight, Alfa Aesar now also features faster delivery time lines for products from the UK and the US.
