VMA-Getzmann has designed the Dispermat CDS dispersion system especially for dissolving small quantities (100ml up to 1500ml) of product under vacuum.
The CDS has a special vacuum shaft bearing and can easily and quickly be adapted to fit most Dispermat dissolvers.
The CDS dispersing system operates under vacuum with single walled containers of 250, 500, 1000 and 2000ml.
The containers are placed and secured in a corresponding holding device.
If any heat that is generated during the dissolving process needs to be removed, double walled, cool able containers are also available.
After mixing the liquid and powder components together, the glass cover is moved down onto the top of the container and the dissolving process can commence. Simultaneously the vacuum pump is switched on.
The height of the dissolver shaft and dispersion impeller can easily be adjusted whilst dissolving under vacuum.
The dissolving process and product flow can also be observed through the large clear glass cover.
