Sample Navigator version 2.1.0.0
Sample Navigator has released the version 2.1.0.0 system for handling, storage and retrieval of samples in a structured way.
It can be used in academic hospital laboratories, daily storage, a biobank environment, or R and D.
Sample Navigator uses scanners and label printers to carry out sample-tracking jobs.
Its flexible work process engine can be changed to accommodate different needs and can create different work processes for different compounds or researches .
Within Sample Navigator it is possible to create data sets and connect them to a point of research and unlimited data fields can be added to the research structure on every level.
It is possible to connect a set to the storage (freezers) to connect a temperature measurement to the system.
The system also allows the user to create their own pull-down menu to avoid data-integrity problems.
Sample Navigator can also work together with hospital and/or LIMS-systems with the HL-7 coupling.
