Lifextend HRP conjugate stabiliser
Innova Biosciences has developed the Lifextend HRP conjugate stabiliser, a multi-component reagent system designed to protect antibody HRP conjugates.
Conventional antibody conjugates, over a period of time, become unstable and as a result HRP activity is lost.
Innova said that Lifextend overcomes this instability.
Lifextend stabilises antibody-HRP conjugates both at 4C and at ambient temperature.
By using Lifextend stabiliser/diluents, HRP conjugates can be stabilised during use and stored as pre-diluted, ready-to-use reagents, therefore eliminating waste and improving consistency from experiment to experiment.
Lifextend shows high performance in accelerated stability tests at 37C, underlining its potent life-extending properties under standard conditions of storage and use.
