BioMerieux launches Clean Room media bottle range
BioMerieux
Clean Room media bottle range
BioMerieux has launched the Clean Room Range, a line of sterility media bottles designed for use in final product testing of sterile pharmaceutical compounds.
The company has developed packaging for high-performance, ready-to-use Trypcase soy broth and Thioglycollate media, specially designed for use in isolator or clean rooms.
Sterility media bottles are packed in specific plastic boxes, double wrapped and given ethylene oxide sterilisation treatment in their final packaging.
BioMerieux said this format delivers greater quality and dependability of results.
Both bioMerieux clean room sterility culture media have been formulated and tested to meet the requirements of the American, Japanese and European pharmacopoeias for sterility testing procedures and are available with a colour-coded screw cap and septum closure.
