Brochure highlights sanitary process components

Designed for industries such as pharmaceutical, biotech, biomedical, food and beverage, cosmetics, chemical, and other clean-application uses, many of the products meets standards set by organisations such as USP, FDA, ISO, 3-A, and European Pharmacopoeia.

"When NewAge Industries launched the AdvantaPure product line five years ago, we manufactured a few hose materials, sanitary fittings, and hose assemblies," notes Ken Baker, CEO.

"We've expanded greatly since then.

"Now we also supply moulded silicone components, several hose identification options, and RFID solutions including the new GammaTag, a gamma sterilisable RFID tag".

The up-to-date Products and Services brochure illustrates tubing and hose selections by material (silicone, PTFE, FEP, EPDM) and explains each style, such as braid reinforced, wire reinforced, or rubber covered.

Stocked sizes are also listed.

Options for fittings - sanitary, cam and groove, compression, single use, and more - are shown next, followed by the variety of molded silicone components (single-use assemblies, molded silicone fittings, stoppers, and sealing systems).

AdvantaPure's RFID solutions include the Hose Track lifecycle analysis system and the company's newest product, GammaTag.

The brochure gives a brief explanation of the benefits of using such a system, as well as the unique advantages of GammaTag for single-use process systems.

Identification options - AdvantaLabel silicone-encased labels, color tracer braid, colored tubing, laser-etched collars and tags - and their advantages are described in text and photographs.

The company's hose assembly capabilities are explained, as are special hose coverings for applications that may involve kinking, excessive abrasion, or high or low temperatures.
